Tekceleo’s Micronice nebulization technology is commonly used for precise atomization of relatively low viscosity liquids (viscosity < 3mPa s). Our droplet generators are based on the concept of vibrating mesh nebulization, which atomizes the liquid without increasing temperature or pressure. In addition, our simple and modular design, a simple kit, is perfectly adaptable to any research environment.

Our devices can guarantee monodispersed aerosol particles and no alteration of the atomized solutions, which is particularly appreciated in the context of aerosolization of pharmaceutical and biologic formulations.

Amplified Vibrating Mesh Aerosol Generator

A vibrating mesh aerosol generator is a device that uses a small mesh to produce a uniform spray of particles or droplets. The mesh is made up of micromectric holes that vibrate at a high frequency, which causes the liquid to be expelled through the holes in a fine mist.

Vibrating mesh aerosol generator is commonly used in medical inhalers, where it produces a precise, monodispersed aerosol for drug delivery to the lungs. Micronice technology is a breakthrough, as it uses a metallic transducer both for amplifying the vibrations and for isolating the piezo materials, making it more efficient and robust. As a result, our aerosol generators are also used in research applications, such as in environmental studies or aerosol science, where it can produce uniform aerosols for sampling or analysis.

The main advantage of Micronice atomizers is their ability to produce a consistent and uniform aerosol, which is critical for accurate scientific measurements. Additionally, the device is easy to operate and maintain, making it a popular choice for researchers and scientists.


TEKCELEO offers two main design of nebulizers, all of which allow precise, efficient and monodispersed atomization:

P&S T45 nebulizer systems, using a gravity-fed mode for easy and handeld uses.

P&S 360 nebulizer systems, using a circulating fluidic system for easy integration in automatized processes.

All of our systems use the same patented Micronice amplified vibrating mesh technology.
