Tekceleo’s Micronice aerosol generators produce precise, monodisperse droplets from 5 to 50 µm, using amplified vibrating mesh technology. Unlike compressed-air atomizers, Laskin nozzles or thermal condensation generators, our liquid aerosol generators atomize without heat, pressure or shear stress, so the original solution stays intact. This makes them well suited to aerosolizing pharmaceutical and biologic formulations, where sample integrity is critical.

Amplified Vibrating Mesh Aerosol Generator for liquid Atomization

A vibrating mesh aerosol generator is a device that uses a small mesh to produce a uniform spray of particles or droplets. The mesh is made up of micromectric holes that vibrate at a high frequency, which causes the liquid to be expelled through the holes in a fine mist.

Vibrating mesh aerosol generator is commonly used in medical inhalers, where it produces a precise, monodispersed aerosol for drug delivery to the lungs. Micronice technology is a breakthrough, as it uses a metallic transducer both for amplifying the vibrations and for isolating the piezo materials, making it more efficient and robust. As a result, our aerosol generators are also used in research applications, such as in environmental studies or aerosol science, where it can produce uniform aerosols for sampling or analysis.
