Micronice® decontamination nozzles use aerosolized hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) to generate a fine micro-droplet mist that fills an enclosed volume and decontaminates every surface — including those inaccessible to manual disinfection.

This technology is effective against viruses, bacteria, spores and other pathogens, making it a validated solution for pharmaceutical facilities, laboratories and controlled environments.

Validated to EN 17272 for airborne disinfection.
Our H2O2 nozzles are electronically controlled via PWM signal, enabling seamless integration with any standard PLC (12 V or 24 V input).

H2O2 Aerosol Decontamination: How Micronice® Works

The Micronice® piezoelectric atomizer generates a precisely calibrated H2O2 aerosol through ultrasonic vibration of a micro-perforated mesh – a cold atomization process that requires no pressure and no temperature rise. The resulting micro-droplets – set according to the specific droplet size of your choice – fill enclosed volumes uniformly, reaching every surface including those inaccessible to manual disinfection.

Our Technology is totally automated and electronically controlled, resulting in a response time under 100 ms and possibility to set a precise flowrate. Our deisng is compatible with H2O2, peracetic acid (PAA) and most disinfectants.

How Amplified Vibrating Mesh Technology Works

Tekceleo’s Amplified Vibrating Mesh Technology relies on a piezoelectric transducer to make a micro-perforated mesh vibrates at ultrasonic frequency. When a liquid comes into contact with the membrane, it’s transformed into a cloud of precisely calibrated micro-droplets, with a monodispersed nebulization. This technology generates aerosols or sprays with very low power consumption, making it ideal for integration into modular devices, mobile equipment, miniature instruments, and handheld devices. The use of piezoelectric technology allows for very low response times, and the electronic control provides great flexibility of use. This gives our customers a competitive advantage in terms of reliability, precision, and energy efficiency.

TEKCELEO offers two main design of nebulizers, all of which allow precise, efficient and monodispersed atomization:

P&S 360 nebulizer systems, using a circulating fluidic system for easy integration in automatized processes.

P&S T45 nebulizer systems, using a gravity-fed mode for easy and handeld uses.

All of our systems use the same patented Micronice amplified vibrating mesh technology.
