Nozzle

The nozzle is the heart of our aerosol generation system.
Designed for optimal liquid circulation, it ensures consistent aerosol generation even in continuous use scenarios.

The nozzle's compact and lightweight design makes it easy to integrate into various devices and systems. With a tested lifespan of over continuous 10,000 hours with RO water, our nozzles guarantee long-lasting performance and reliability.

ECU (Electronic Control Unit)

The ECU is the brains behind our aerosol generation system. Capable of controlling up to 10 nebulizers, it provides precise flowrate control with 1% increments using PWM signals. The ECU's advanced electronics ensure efficient and reliable operation, with the ability to integrate seamlessly with your existing PLC systems. The unit's low power consumption and compact design make it an ideal solution for both portable and stationary applications.

HMI (Human-Machine Interface)

Our user-friendly HMI provides an intuitive interface for operating and monitoring the aerosol generation process. The HMI's real-time feedback and control over critical parameters enable users to optimize their workflows and achieve precise and repeatable results. The interface is designed to be easy to use, even for those with minimal technical expertise, ensuring that users can efficiently manage their aerosol generation processes.

Fluidic System

The fluidic system is a crucial component of our aerosol generation kit. The P&S 360 kit puts the same nozzle, ECU, HMI and fluidic system you would use in production directly on your bench. What you validate during evaluation carries over without redesign once you move to an OEM integration.

Together, the nozzle delivers consistent atomization for continuous testing, the ECU gives you direct and repeatable flowrate control across up to 10 nozzles, and the HMI lets you monitor and adjust the process in real time as you iterate toward your final configuration.
