Nozzle
Built using Tekceleo's patented ultrasonic atomization technology, the nozzle produces consistent droplet sizes between 5 and 50 μm, supporting demanding scientific applications such as inhalation studies, sample coating, and particulate simulation.
ECU (Electronic Control Unit)
Compact and reliable, the ECU runs as a standalone controller on your bench or integrates directly into a larger test setup. This level of control is what makes a protocol repeatable: the same parameters, run after run, produce the same aerosol output.
HMI (Human-Machine Interface)
The HMI gives you the ability to make quick parameter adjustment for experimental optimization, making the kit a simple, standalone setup that reduces complexity during testing

The P&S T45 kit is built to get you generating calibrated aerosol on day one, with no fluidic setup or external pump to configure. The integrated 10 mL tank and gravity-fed design mean you can move straight from unboxing to running your first measurement series.
Droplet size and flowrate stay consistent run after run, which is what your protocol needs whether you're characterizing aerosol behavior, testing inhalation exposure, or calibrating a sampling method. The compact, standalone format fits directly on a bench or inside a fume hood, with no additional software required to operate it.
